Choose the larger of sizes you commonly wear. Example: If you wear an 8 and sometimes a 7.5, choose a size 8. If you wear a size 9 and sometimes a 9.5, choose a size 9.5.
To use the size chart below, use a piece of paper and draw a line at your big toe and at the bottom of your foot. Make sure you are wearing socks. Measure the distance between. Measure both feet and use the largest measurement (cm).

I am typically a 9.5M and the shoes ran true to size. They had a cloudy bounce to them but also firm and durable if that makes sense. They were also breathable and kept up with my long shifts!

Long lasting and durable. Lasted a year but as a professional chef, you shouldn't try to use a pair of shoes more than that. Perfect for long standing days in the kitchen. Waterproof and slip resistant works really well.
