Delivery times vary based on what shipping service you choose, as well as where you are located.
Once shipped, free ground shipping packages can take anywhere from 2-7 days to reach you. All packages are shipped from California, so the closer you are to CA the sooner your package should arrive.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
Snibbs takes great pride in our product and its construction quality. However, sometimes things might slip past us despite our rigorous QC process. If for any reason the shoes you received are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to remediate the issue!
WHAT IF THEY DON'T FIT?
Snibbs are designed to run TTS (True To Size). However, should your shoes not fit, please contact our Customer Support department to arrange for an exchange.
DOES SPACECLOUD COME IN NARROW OR WIDE SIZES?
No, the Spacecloud only comes in standard width. However, the toe box is designed to be a little wider so that your feet have room to swell throughout the day.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy, which means that you have the ability to try your product(s) on at home on a clean surface, and can send them back to us within 30 days - starting from the day that you received them to your address. You will receive a full refund if the shoes are in their original, brand new condition.

We spent as much time developing our insole as we did the shoe itself. We've created the SNIBBS-TECH™ insole which is custom-formulated to provide both an amazing first step-in feeling as well as a supportive foundation which will help prevent fatigue and pain for long periods of time.

CAN I USE SNIBBS WITH MY OWN ORTHOPEDIC INSOLES?
Yes, our insoles are removable and may be replaced with your own preferred or custom insoles.
HOW LONG DO SNIBBS LAST? ARE THEY DURABLE?
We’ve engineered Snibbs using the most robust, yet comfortable materials available. Durability and longevity will depend on the usage conditions, but in most cases they will last significantly longer than your average work shoe.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means that you have the ability to try your product(s) on at home on a clean surface, and can send them back to us within 30 days - starting from the day that you received them to your address. You will receive a full refund if the shoes are in their original, brand new condition.
We are unable to accept shoes that have been worn outside or are not clean, including the bottoms.
Shoes that are stained, scruffed, scratched, or damaged will not be accepted.
Returns must have all original packaging and materials. Returns without the original shoebox will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box and do not tape the box.
If you are returning with no exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
NOTE: International customers are responsible for shipping both ways in the event of an exchange/return.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on shoes as long as they aren't worn and are in brand new condition. Feel free to try them on at home.
If you are simply exchanging your shoes, we will provide the return shipping label.
ARE SNIBBS BREATHABLE?
While Spacecloud and Spacecloud Premium are more breathable than most rubber waterproof shoes, they are less breathable than standard casual sneakers. Too much breathability would cause liquids to penetrate the upper material and get inside your shoes.
The Orbit is ultra breathable, but is not water resistant.
