I bought a pair of these shoes back in February, and it is now December. They have held up super well, and they don't cause my feet any pain even being 10 months old. The insoles are falling apart at this point in time, but those can be replaced.
My biggest complaint about these shoes is the laces are so long I have to triple knot them to not trip on my loops, and the eyelets for the laces break if you're not careful when tightening them. I've had 3 of the eyelets break, and they're faux leathery, not an actual hole in the shoe material so that was likely to happen anyways.
On the bright side, these shoes are indeed slip resistant, I've walked through my store flooded from the water heater breaking and still didn't slip. I've had the floors covered in grease and veggies and haven't slipped. They are comfortable, warm, and breathable. I probably will buy these shoes again.

I’m a waitress at Texas Roadhouse. We are a very busy location. I walk easily 10k steps a shift just for a night. Every other single work shoe I tried gave me sciatica in my back and hips pretty much a few weeks into wearing them. I am months into wearing these and I have not had a single second of pain.
