Returns or Exchanges
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, returns and exchanges may take 7-14 business days ONCE RECEIVED to be processed.
We understand that shoes come in many different shapes and sizes, and that each foot is different. If your new Snibbs aren't the right fit for your feet, get in touch with us to arrange for a different size.
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means that you have the ability to try your product(s) on at home on a clean surface, and can send them back to us within 30 days - starting from the day that you received them to your address. You will receive a full refund if the shoes are in their original, brand new condition. Your return label will be initially approved digitally. Final inspection is done when your shoes are received back to our warehouse. Shoes that are found to be unacceptable will be returned back to the customer.
- We are unable to accept shoes that have been worn outside or are not clean, including the bottoms.
- Shoes that are stained, scuffed, scratched, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Returns must have all original packaging and materials. Returns without the original shoebox will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box and do not tape the box.
If you are returning with no exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
NOTE: International customers are responsible for shipping both ways in the event of an exchange/return.
We offer exchanges on shoes as long as they aren't worn outside. Feel free to try them on at home.
If you are simply exchanging your shoes, we will provide the return shipping label.
