Snibbs are fully vegan, easily cleanable, and slip resistant. Depending on the model, you may benefit from different features! For instance, the Orbit is ultra-breathable, flexible, machine washable, and lightweight while the Spacecloud is water-resistant with an easy slip-on design and optional adjustable lace cages. Snibbs are shipped from our logistics warehouse in Southern California.

Delivery times vary based on where you are located. All orders take 1-2 days to be processed before shipping. Once shipped, free ground shipping packages can take anywhere from 2-7 days to reach you. All packages are shipped from California.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Standard shipping to the USA is free.

We accept major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Google Pay, as well as offer payment installments through Shop Pay. Payment methods can be chosen on the last page of checkout except for the Express Payment methods (Google Pay and Shop Pay).

Refunds are processed immediately after the shoes are inspected at our warehouse. The time it takes to pass inspection varies depending on the day received as well as the existing queue for exchanges or returns. Once received at our warehouse, the shoes enter the inspection queue. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 14 days to post on your bank statement. Payments are processed through Shopify.

Yes! Our Spacecloud 2.0 (currently only Eclipse Black) offers a Wide option, which has more room in the upper for your feet to rest.

If the length is accurate and you don't feel too much tightness, you've chosen correctly. If the shoes are too tight or if you have wide feet, you may want to go up half a size or try a Wide option from our Spacecloud 2.0.

Fit also depends on whether you wear thin or thick socks. If you tend to wear thicker socks, you may want to size up a half size. Our compression and crew socks are the perfect thickness to accommodate a true-to-size fit.

In our Spacecloud model and Orbit Slip-on model, we suggest sizing up a half size. The rest of our shoes fit true to size. For further sizing advice, please visit our Sizing Guide page for more information. If your Women’s size is unavailable, you may choose a Men’s shoe instead (1.5 sizes down). The only difference is that the Men’s model is slightly wider.

At this time, we don’t offer any steel toe shoes. We may consider this in future product lines.

Yes! Snibbs are certified slip resistant on oil, grease, water and other fluids using the industry standard Brungraber Mark II test.

Yes, in most conditions the upper material of the Snibbs Spacecloud is water-resistant. We’ve engineered them to keep liquids out, while maintaining more breathability than a standard rubber waterproof shoe. The Orbit model is not water-resistant as it’s made of knit.

While Spacecloud and Spacecloud Premium are more breathable than most rubber waterproof shoes, they are less breathable than standard casual sneakers. Too much breathability would cause liquids to penetrate the upper material and get inside your shoes.

The Orbit is ultra breathable as it’s made of premium knit!

We’ve engineered Snibbs using the most robust, yet comfortable materials available. Durability and longevity will depend on the usage conditions, but in most cases they will last significantly longer than your average work shoe.

Yes, our insoles are removable and may be replaced with your own preferred or custom insoles.

We’ve designed Snibbs with a medium arch so that the majority of people can wear them. If you have a high arch, you may need to replace our insoles with your own.

To wash your Spaceclouds, we recommend using a gentle shoe cleaning soap, many of which are widely available online. The bottom outsole and midsole can be cleaned using a soft brush, while the upper can be cleaned using a soft sponge. After, leave them out to air dry.

We don’t recommend using a brush on the upper. We don’t recommend cleaning them in the washer since this can compromise the waterproofing on the shoes.

To wash your Orbits, you may machine wash them in your washing machine, but do not put them in the dryer and instead leave them out to air dry.

Snibbs offers a 30-day Comfort Guarantee return/exchange policy, which means you can try Snibbs product(s) at home, at work, or outside on any surface and send them back to us within 30 days—starting from the day you received them. If the shoes are not excessively damaged, you will receive a full refund for the item. The final inspection is done when your shoes are returned to our warehouse. Read our full policy for more info.
