Returns and Exchanges
Snibbs offers a 100 Day Comfort Guarantee return/exchange policy, which means you can try Snibbs product(s) at home, at work, or outside on any surface and send them back to us within 100 days—starting from the day you received them. If the shoes are not excessively damaged, you will receive a full refund for the item. The final inspection is done when your shoes are returned to our warehouse.
Once purchased or received, all Snibbs store credit is final sale. Gift cards can be used for any purchase on our website, but cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed immediately after the shoes are inspected at our warehouse. The time it takes to pass inspection varies depending on the day received and the existing queue for exchanges or returns. Once received at our warehouse, the shoes enter the inspection queue. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 14 days to post on your bank statement. Payments are processed through Shopify using the original payment method.
