I purchased Snibbs about a year and a half ago (maybe less) and when I first bought them, they weren't the right size. The customer service team was very helpful in my return, but it was also a looong process. They made me "prove" a LOT to return them. The first 6-8 months I had them, I loved them, they were comfortable, non-slip, and easy to clean. At that time, I worked in a kitchen 45 hours a week and was wearing them every day. Knowing that they were made for chefs, I figured they'd last. The shoe laces fused together from hot oil dripping on them and are damn near impossible to untie so I can clean the laces. Also I honestly think they shrunk, they don't fit me as well as they used to (and yes, I'm done growing). Overall, they have been a bit disappointing because they haven't held up very well, the shoelaces fused together, and they are not as comfortable as they once were. I now wear my old nikes in the kitchen instead. I don't think I would ever buy again. However, my coworker who's a bartender has the same pair and hers have held up great. But, much less dirty work and hot fryer oil.
