THE CRAFT
At Snibbs, the heart of what we do is to work hard for the hard-working. Our philosophy centers on the idea that work, in all its forms, is a craft that should be celebrated and that every worker, regardless of their role, should be championed. And as a chef-owned brand we develop based on need, not just a bottom line. We saw people wearing clogs in the kitchen, so we stepped in to support them. It’s that simple.
