I want to give my honest opinion about SNIBBS after actually putting them to the test.
I’m a pizza maker and restaurant manager, and for five months of the year I work in Yellowstone, during one of the busiest and most demanding seasons. I’m on my feet for around 17 hours a day, so having the right shoes makes a huge difference.
This season, I used five different pairs of shoes: HOKA, Birkenstock, a barefoot model, another brand called MISE, and SNIBBS. After testing all five throughout the season, I can honestly say that SNIBBS are easily in my top two.
The biggest difference I noticed was how my feet felt at the end of a 17-hour shift. With SNIBBS, my feet felt less tired and more supported. They have a very secure feeling inside the shoe, almost like your foot is being held in place without feeling uncomfortable. For someone who spends basically the entire day standing and moving around a kitchen, that makes a huge difference.
The grip is also very good on kitchen floors. One honest disadvantage I noticed is that they can be slippery on certain wood floors, so that’s something I think could be improved.
But overall, I think these are a great kitchen shoe. And I’m saying that after comparing them directly with four other pairs that I personally bought and wore throughout the season.
